what do you do when the power goes out?
well, when the freezer is full of ice cream and you aren't sure when the power will come back on, i think y'all would do what we did:
make fruit smoothies using a battery-powered hand drill.
it was ingenious!
we jury-rigged the drill: hooked it up, first, to a blender blade to chop the fruit and then to a beater to mix it all up. then we enjoyed our concoction by candle light while playing super munchkins!

I think a normal person would just open the carton of ice cream and eat it before it melts, not not you guys, you have to get more creative. Nice work! Wish I was there to try it out. So funny!

You are so awesome! I love how much fun you have when random things happen! That's the coolest! Remember when we ate butterfinger hot chocolate and deviled eggs on christmas eve in brazil?! That was awesome too! :)
oh man, i *loved* that Christmas. so much fun. member how then the next day we went to bispo's house and heard about how the elders had been there the night before and ate so much they had to puke in order to eat more? hmmm. that's actually kinda gross.
